Danni McGhee is a vegan chef, nutrition coach, author, and educator. Her brand, DAM Good Vegan, is an educational platform dedicated to inspiring & encouraging individuals to choose a plant-based vegan diet for optimal health & overall well-being. She is passionate about making vegan food simple, affordable, and DAM Good! She provides support and guidance on the principles of plant-based nutrition while introducing fun & easy ways to incorporate healthier options into your already busy lives.


Thomas Goodman, Plant Dining Partnerships

Thomas has been a lifelong admirer of animals, was raised meat-free and later became a professional advocate in 2014. He has since worked in various initiatives such as corporate outreach, federal state and regulatory advocacy, promotion of Meatless Mondays, leafleting across North America, public speaking, campaigning, community organizing, and more for the animal protection movement.


Denise Vansant, A Wave of Healthy Meals

Denise believes Food is Medicine
In terms of cancer prevention and cancer fighting foods,  the nutrients found in plant-based foods -- including vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals and fiber -- have been shown to reduce risk of several types of cancer and address treatment side effects. 

A WAVE of Healthy Meals Foundation was founded in 2019 by Denise Vansant with the mission to improve the quality of life for people living with cancer.  

"A WAVE of Healthy Meals improves the health and well-being of people by preparing and delivering free, healthy meals every week to those undergoing cancer treatment in Sussex County.



Charles Wolfe, 302 Vegan Podcast

Charles returns to VegFest to emcee for the 3rd year!  His new podcast covers a wide range of topics, including reviews of new vegan products, the latest vegan news, and animal rights issues as well as animal activism.  He focuses on veganism, and activism happening in our own state of Delaware by conducting interviews with local activists and vegan business owners.
