Thank you so much for being a part of the Rehoboth Beach VegFest! We want to be sure you have all the details you need to prepare for the event, including submitting any relevant document, so we’re listing helpful information below.
Food Exhibitors: All food exhibitors/vendors are required to provide proof of a valid business license as well as a certificate of liability insurance naming Epworth United Methodist Church as additional insureds.
Commercial Exhibitors: All commercial exhibitors/vendors selling items must provide proof of a valid business license.
These documents must be provided in advance of the event. Please return no later than June 1st. Copies can be faxed to 302-827-2388 or emailed to email@example.com. If emailing, please put BUSINESS NAME / DOCUMENT NAME in the subject line.
All Exhibitors: All exhibitors must adhere to the Rehoboth Beach VegFest Vendor Agreement.
If you have any questions, please call 302-604-4316 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Rehoboth Beach VegFest rents tables, tents, and chairs for our exhibitors for a fee. Others will be required to bring their own. Sponsors will be provided with a table, chair, and tent. It gets windy at Epworth, so BE SURE TO BRING WEIGHTS – we do NOT provide them. Cinder blocks or gallon jugs of water work well.
The Rehoboth Beach VegFest is a “rain or shine” event. In the event of inclement weather, the Rehoboth Beach VegFest will move to an indoor location at the church and continue as planned. If there are weather-related concerns, we’ll update this page, so please check back.
Booth setup may begin at 9:30 am, and Exhibitors should be ready for visitors by 10:45 am. The event officially opens to the public at 11:00 am. Exhibitors must remain at the booth from 11:00 am until the festival ends at 4:00 pm and must vacate the premises by 4:30 pm.
Unloading of exhibit materials may be accomplished by driving close to your booth. You may pull up to your booth and drop off materials, but you will not be allowed to remain there for more than a few minutes. There will be a number of exhibitors attempting to load in at the same time, and your promptness and preparedness is appreciated. The Rehoboth Beach VegFest volunteers will direct you to the appropriate booth space.
Recycling/Trash: Rehoboth Beach VegFest hopes to reduce the impact of the festival on our environment. Please put waste in the waste bins and recyclable materials in the recycling bins. At the end of the day, please break down any cardboard boxes and place next to the recycling bins for pick up.
In addition to onsite parking at the church, there is a State Park hiking trail across the road, with plenty of public parking.
