The long-awaited and much-anticipated 2013 Rehoboth Beach VegFest is almost here! What are we looking forward to? It’s starts with the 300 free goodie bags we’ll be giving out at the start of the event. Then we can’t wait to visit over 35 exhibitors, munch on free food samples, listen to amazing speakers, and so much more—we can’t imagine a  better way to spend a Saturday afternoon. Even better is that the event continues to Sunday with a Benefit Brunch. There are just a few tickets left—get yours before they are gone! Something for Everyone!

Next Saturday, join Compassion Over Killing and VegRehoboth for the first-ever Rehoboth Beach VegFest! And whether you’ve attended VegFests across the country, or this is your first one, the Rehoboth Beach VegFest has something for everyone. The day starts at 11:00 a.m. when the Rehoboth Beach VegFest will be handing out 300 FREE goodie bags filled with veg-friendly product coupons and samples from our sponsors. Get there early to be one of the few to get a free bag! Once you get your goodie bag, it’s time to eat. Local establishments, Nage, a(MUSE.), Greenman Juice Bar & Bistro, Hobos Restaurant, and Modern Mixture will be dishing out delicious all-vegan fare for your eating pleasure. After lunch, leave room for dessert. Cake Break will be there with their delectable vegan cupcakes! Speaking of cupcakes, at 2:30 pm, witness five brave souls chowing down during the Rehoboth Beach VegFest Cupcake Eating Contest. Interested in participating? Let us know! After the cupcake eating contest, wander the festival to find many local veg-friendly businesses. From the Rehoboth Beach Farmer’s Market to Good Earth Market to Kia Massage, you’ll be sure to find something to peak your interest.
